Media Kit
A media kit is the foundation of every relationship with the media. A media kit contains information on
the following aspects of your business:

• Other information where applicable (e.g. Partnerships, media mentions, awards, etc)
Cost: $2,250
Legere Solutions can also create and produce PDF files, CDs of your media kit or establish an online
media room added to your website for additional costs.
White Papers
Well-crafted white papers can help substantiate your company’s market position and build credibility
over time with the people critical to your business. Legere Solutions works with SME’s and writers to
deliver white papers that communicate your expertise, your industry position and promote you as a
respected information source.
Cost: $1,750 copy only
$1,700 design white paper into a four-page PDF format
Targeted Trade/Industry Campaign
• Planning session* concluding with written strategy and return-on-investment measures
• Press release
• Email to 100 targeted trade journalists
• Distribute release to Wire Services (Businesswire) and to appropriate media lists
• Personal calls and required follow-up to 25 targeted journalists and editors.
• Coordination of any media requests for interviews with principals and or third-parties
• Summary report measuring anticipated ROI against campaign results
Cost: $4,750 per campaign executed.
*If during the planning session there is a realization that a targeted Trade campaign will not achieve
the desired purpose, the remainder of the campaign will be halted and there will be no charge for
Legere’s time beyond ordinary expenses. (Travel, meals etc.)
Newsletters
Legere Solutions are veterans at producing print and email newsletters. Every newsletter we produce
delivers valuable information to your target audience. Newsletters are written to satisfy your primary
target’s needs, plus have enough additional information to offer some value to your customers or
prospects (dependent upon original intent of the newsletter) as well as journalists covering your
industry. Every newsletter we create includes a ‘call-to-action’ aimed directly at the reader.
Cost: $2,100-$2,600 Print newsletter (one-sheet; two sides)*
broken down as follows: $1,250 to research and write
$ 850 design and layout
$ 500 emailing of newsletter and tracking.**
*Newsletter is delivered in PDF format with image files. Printing is at an additional cost.
** Emailing of newsletter and tracking are subject to conformation with the privacy laws of the United
States and European Union, (EU). Includes up to 4,000 e-mails; there is a one-cent charge for
additional e-mails.
Please note:
Fees for written materials include two (2) client revisions after client has approved copy. Design fees
include two (2) client changes. Additional edits subject to additional charge communicated to client
in advance. Fees do not include expenses such as postage, printing, etc.
